Customer Satisfaction Policy
Our bottom line is that we want you for a customer for a long time. We want you
to buy an average of one garment a year for 20 years. We are willing to do
anything reasonable to accomplish this goal. You name it, we will consider it.
We are therefore committed to the reasonable satisfaction of our customers. This
means that you probably will not get diamonds and gold on a $199 purchase, but
if you want a beautiful garment out of quality material tailored specifically
to your unique measurements, you will be satisfied.
This means that if we make a mistake (happens but is becoming very rare) then we
will fix the problem. "Fixing our own mistakes" hopefully will assure you
somewhat, however, we go beyond fixing our own mistakes.
For small mistakes our customers might make, we will also pay to fix the
problem. This primarily applies to alterations and re-tailoring. Consider the
following options:

Returns: Everyone should
understand that returning a custom garment uniquely tailored to the customer's
measurements is not a reasonable solution. Who would we sell it to? Who has the
37 unique measurements that you have?

Refunds: In some circumstances we
will issue a full or partial refund.

Alterations and Re-tailoring:
This is our primary method of fixing problems.
Time Limit
All requests for us to fix problems need to be made within 30 days after
purchase. We might, however, fix other problems under our "keep customers for
20 years policy." Please contact us with any needs or questions you have.
